Just stayed for 4 nights at Greystoke House. Jon and Emma are such warm hosts! Loved the delicious breakfast, especially the Cumberland sausage, and my room was spotless. Minor hiccup finding street parking, but nothing too stressful! Can’t wait to come back!

What shines and what doesn't
The location is perfect, just a short walk to the town centre and the theatre. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, with a standout Cumberland sausage!
Late check-in at 4 PM was frustrating, as it limited my time for evening activities. Some noise from neighbouring rooms was also a concern, impacting my overall relaxation.

Check-in is annoyingly late at 4:00 PM!!! Small room sizes and poor sound insulation from neighbouring rooms. On-street parking is a hassle, especially during busy times!!!

missingWrote a review on 19 Juncozy atmospheredelicious breakfastinconvenient check-inpoor room layoutmixed service approach
The stay featured an impressively cozy atmosphere, fully equipped for comfort, ideal after long hiking days. The ordering system for breakfast was smooth and the meals provided were delicious and catered well to dietary preferences. The 4:00 PM check-in was inconvenient, and there were issues with room layout that were less than ideal. Although the breakfast on the final day stood out as really good, the overall experience did not live up to expectations.
